Yes…although if you are passing by, you are welcome to pop in and see if we have a space for you. Go onto our booking system and select the room you want to play and the time you want to start.

You can book 6 months in advance. It is especially a good idea if you are planning this as your Xmas corporate event.

Yes children of all ages are welcome in all of the rooms as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult. All children under 5 are free to enter. Children 13 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult, some of our room may contain violent themes, blood etc.

The puzzles in our rooms are challenging enough, and we dont want to up the challenge by teaming you up with strangers. So all bookings with us are private sessions and your team will have the room to yourself.

Cancellations or changes at least 24 hours before a booking will receive a full refund or can reschedule a new booking time free of charge.

Upon booking, a $45 deposit is required (per room). This deposit is fully refundable if a booking is cancelled or changed with at least 24 hours' notice. However, it will be forfeited if a booking is cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the booking time.

Where the booking was fully paid in advance and is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking, the amount paid will be refunded minus a fee of $45 per room, to cover the transaction fees/staffing costs associated with the last-minute cancellation.

Any additional participants added on the day will be charged the usual per-person price.

No. You will not be physically locked in a room. If you have to get out in case of an emergency or to use the bathroom you can open the door.

Anyone can play!

We have a large car park that we share with our neighbours, there are plenty of car parks and you can park in any spot that isn't designated for another business.

492 Moorhouse Avenue, near the corner of Fitzgerald avenue. We are upstairs above the refresh appliance shop. Look for our flag in the middle of the carpark and you will find the stairway leading up.

You will need to arrive at least 15 minutes before your start time, allowing sufficient time for us to brief your team before your game starts.

That’s ok but you may not have the full 90 minutes to escape from your room if there is another booking after you.

Each room is very different using different technology and puzzles. Therefore the level of difficulty does not change, the rooms do. Try them all.

Each room will have a way to communicate to the control room so that you can ask for a clue. Your clues will guide you but will not tell you how to solve them.

There are secure lockers that you can put your belongings. No cell phones are allowed into the room so they will definitely be locked away for an hour.

Yes, there is nothing in the rooms that will put you in any danger. Unfortunately the only way up into our premises is via a staircase - if you can make it up the stairs, you can play!
